Oceano Reservation Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

Oceano Boutique Suites & Bistro has a policy of not accepting reservations for the purpose of hosting events or group parties, including bachelor and bachelorette parties or any other type of event or party that may disturb the peace and tranquility of guests on the property.

Important: Only guests and visitors registered at check-in with their full names will have access to the hotel. At the time of verification, all guests must present valid identification.

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years, and minors must be accompanied by their parents.

Cancellation Policies

A 100% penalty will be charged for cancellations outside the terms specified below:

• Low Season: 100% penalty for cancellations made 5 days or less before arrival.

o May 13 to June 26, 2024; August 18 to November 22, 2024.

o April 20 to June 27, 2025; August 18 to November 21, 2025.

• High Season: 100% penalty for cancellations made 10 days or less before arrival.

o June 27 to August 17, 2024; November 23 to December 25, 2024.

o January 5 to April 12, 2025; June 28 to August 17, 2025; November 22 to December 25, 2025.

• Peak Season: 100% penalty for cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival.

o December 26 to 31, 2024; January 1 to 4, 2025.

o April 12 to 19, 2025; December 26 to 31, 2025; January 1 to 3, 2026.

Non-Refundable Rates

All reservations made under a non-refundable rate must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. A 100% penalty will apply for cancellations without exceptions.

No Shows

No shows will incur a 100% penalty of the reservation amount. The room will be released automatically the day after the scheduled check-in date. This applies to all rooms and rate plans.

Modifications & Cancellations

Any modification to a reservation is subject to hotel availability and must be confirmed by the reservations department at Oceano Boutique Suites & Bistro. Any change to a

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

• Check-Out: 8:00 am – 11:30 am

Children Policy

• Children aged 0-1 stay for free, and children aged 2-11 are charged $12 USD + tax per night.

• For Sky Penthouses, children aged 2-11 are charged $15 USD + tax per night.

• Children aged 0-1 do not have breakfast included.

Additional Guest Policy

• $20 USD + tax per night

• $40 USD + tax per night for Sky Penthouses.

Pet Policy

• Pets are allowed for an additional charge of $20 USD per pet, per night.• Only dogs over 8 months old, one per room, with a maximum weight of 15kg, are accepted.

• Available only for specific room categories (restrictions apply).

• Pet-friendly rooms can be requested by calling the establishment at the number provided in the reservation confirmation.

Damage Deposit

A security deposit of $250 USD will be required upon arrival at the hotel. To process this deposit, a debit or credit card will be required. Card details are strictly confidential;

alternatively, the deposit can be made in cash or via bank transfer to our account numbers. Please request this information if this option is more convenient for you. The deposit will be released or fully refunded once the accommodation has been inspected. Refunds of security deposits made with debit or credit cards are subject to the policies, procedures, or regulations of the issuing banks.

Refunds

Any refund that Oceano Boutique Suites & Bistro must make will be issued only to the same method used to formalize the reservation.

Data Protection

Oceano Boutique Suites & Bistro does not store guest card information and under no circumstances would negotiate this information with third parties.

Smoking Policy (Tobacco)

In accordance with local law, all public areas and rooms are non-smoking. Guests who violate this policy will incur a cleaning fee of $250 USD. This policy is not limited to tobacco but also includes all types of smoking devices, such as vaporizers, which are also not allowed on the property.

Restaurant Hours

• Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

• Lunch and Dinner: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m.

Reception Hours

• Guest Services: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• All rates include Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas as well as free parking.
