The 4th Annual Ceviche Festival of The Pacific was a huge success, with over 700 visitors, 12 amazing restaurants competing, over 35 exclusive ceviches to taste and a grand party! The winners for best ceviche were “El Hicaco” 🥇 second place was granted to “The Fish Market” 🥈 the public’s favorite ceviche was from “El Pelicano” 🎖 and “Selina Jaco” received an honorable mention for their vegan ceviche made with Chayote.
